High tide, headlights, two in the morning
The last bar still open, the radio low
Waves hit the wall like they knew something
The last train still blinking on the board below

Salt in your hair, rain on the shore
Red lights and sirens across the bay
The warnings meant nothing anymore
We watched the last train pull away

Miss the last train from Atlantis
Let the whole damn city drown
Hold me close deep under the water
Till we forget which way is down

If tomorrow comes to find us
Don’t you turn and look around
Miss the last train from Atlantis
Let the morning hunt us down

Streetlights flickering, reflections breaking
We knew we were on borrowed time
Far away, we could hear the angels sing
The sirens scream, and the clocks chime

The wind howling, the waves crashing
Even the ghosts looked more alive
Knew the spell would break by the morning
We held our breath and took the final dive

Miss the last train from Atlantis
Let the whole damn city drown
Hold me close deep under the water
Till we forget which way is down

If tomorrow comes to find us
Don’t you turn and look around
Miss the last train from Atlantis
Let the morning hunt us down

Let the water close above us
Let the whole world fade out
If tomorrow wants an answer
We can make one up somehow

Hold me close under the water
Where no goodbye makes a sound
Hold me close under the water, baby
Till the last train leaves the town

Miss the last train from Atlantis
Let the whole damn city drown
Hold me close deep under the water
Till we forget which way is down

If tomorrow comes to find us
Don’t you turn and look around
Miss the last train from Atlantis
Let the morning hunt us down

worry, you’re gonna be alright.
